Justin remodeled our bathroom and part of the kitchen, repositioned light fittings throughout our home, and custom built a beautiful bookcase in our library. These were the things he was hired for, but with his keen sense of practicality, trained eye and enthusiastic personality, we got much more than that. We feel extremely lucky to have found Justin.
From our first meeting - in the way that he explored the site, explained our options and what he would do, to literally squeezing into tiny spots to find answers - we felt at ease and knew our project would be in great hands.
And wow, what a fantastic job he did – not only the standard of work, but also the entire process and the way it was executed.
Justin takes huge pride in his work and is meticulous about the smallest detail. There were areas where we could easily have opted for the easier route – but not Justin. For him there is only one way to do something – the right way. No shortcuts.
When we had concerns or questions, he went out of his way to find the answer and come with a practical solution.
His handwork is amazing, even months after the project is done, we still marvel about small detail that Justin insisted on to make things work and look better.
On top of that, he’s a great guy and a pleasure to have around.

Working with Justin was a great decision for our basement remodel project! We contacted many contractors to get bids and Justin’s bid was incredibly competitive, as well as easy to understand. Further, through the course of our project, Justin did an amazing job sticking to budget, and making sure to let us know when we were picking details/finishes that were higher than estimated in our bid. Beyond a painless bid process, working with Justin was also very easy. We were very clear with him about needing his help in deciding on a layout and with finishes, and he really came through on both accounts! He helped us finalize a layout that maximized our space, and helped us decide on finishes that would make our basement look polished and flow with the style in the rest of our house. He was able to quickly decipher the best way to communicate with us and keep the project moving forward. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our decision to work with Littell Home Construction.
